Our agency is looking for exceptional, professional candidates to apply to become an Independent Contractor who markets and sells the various destinations that our agency has come to know and love.  We are looking for sales-oriented, passionate team members.  We are not looking for order takers!

We are currently looking for agents who possess the following traits:

• Commitment to launch & grow their travel business

• This can be a part-time position, but, building a book of business takes a significant effort in the beginning. We provide you with the tools to be successful & profitable, all while having fun doing so!. But you will need to be committed to dedicating a number of hours up front to training & orientating yourself with our business structure & training. Also - your clients need and deserve your full-time commitment to servicing their needs. We approach our commitment to our clients & their vacations as if it were our own. We would never enlist the help of a Travel Agent who is not committed to making sure my trip was a success.

• Ability to be responsive to clients and back office staff during normal business hours as well as after hours, when client needs could (and they do) occur

• Willingness to invest in themselves as a full-fledged business

• Minimum of 2 international trip with at least two in the last five years is required

• Great community connections &/or an online platform/audience

• Exceptional writing & grammar & perfect spelling (demonstrated in your application)

• Experience in sales

• A resume is required
