Favorite vacation-  This year has been an incredible journey for me, as I had the opportunity to visit Jamaica eight times, immersing myself in the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the island. Each trip was a unique experience, but two of my visits were particularly special as I attended two Sandals Familiarization (FAM) trips. These FAM trips provided me with an in-depth look at the luxurious offerings of Sandals resorts, allowing me to understand their exceptional service and amenities firsthand.  This extensive exploration not only deepened my appreciation for Jamaica’s hospitality but also equipped me with valuable insights that I can share with others looking to experience the best that these resorts have to offer.

My best travel tip is to always purchase insurance! I’d rather spend $150 on insurance and never need it, instead of not having it and being out thousands of dollars.

Travel Favorite Vacation - Negril, Jamaica March 2024-I hosted a group at a Boutique Hotel in Negril. We had the best experience immersing ourselves in Rastafarian culture, Ital cooking, story tellers, street musicians, snorkeling, boating, visiting a local dog rescue, chasing waterfalls, shopping local makers markets, taking painting, whittling, and basket weaving classes from locals , hair braiding and relying on the most beautiful beaches and pools over looking the Caribbean Sea.

• Many airports offer lounges where you can escape the hustle and recharge. Some credit cards or memberships (like Priority Pass) give you lounge access, which often includes cozy seating, snacks, and sometimes even showers. To take relaxation up a notch, find a quiet spot and try a quick meditation. Apps like Calm or Insight Timer offer travel-focused meditations and breathing exercises to help you unwind, stay grounded, and reduce any travel anxiety. Just a few minutes of mindfulness can make a huge difference in starting your trip relaxed and refreshed!
